111.04

In the last month the business activity in Auga dropped down. Especially at the first quarter of the month there were almost no activity at all. This changed with the incursion of Auga.

I refined the statistics, so that now I can say how much of our effect benefits our militia and how much went to the enemy. From the total revenue achieved in last month about 40% was generated by direct support to the militia and allies, about 5% was by purchase from enemy.

Mineral acquisition is the most challenging point in Auga. Directly inside of the warzone and with high pirate activity, there are only very low, if any, mining activity in this region, while in the neighbouring high-sec, especially Abudban and Rens, there are high production activities. At the same time mineral price is surging generally in the whole Republic space. This all made the situation very tough.

111.03

111.03 was the first month when MTMSU was full operational. To my surprise we were doing better than I had expected. Both revenue and profit were higher than I suspected and the road plan I put forward looks like more viable now. I have also already have a candidate location for the station I plan to set up now.

Ship and Pod lost

Since long time (I believe more than one and half a year) a ship lost and a pod lost. Maybe because of the long time of getting through all camps I got sort of convinced like a Prowler is not catchable. Now this is the conter proof, even with an escape point. And maybe I should make a better escape point for this station.

Stage Two accomplished

It is now 02.27, and it is time to examin my roadmap again. At this point I would say I have accomplished the stage two. Actually I had made some win out of the whole month. Not much, but more than I had thought was possible.

The Bastards

Very strange, since two days The Bastards moved into Vard, a backwater system at the border to Amarr territory. What does a so notorious pirate corp want to do here?

Exit Points

Yesterday I gave a few EM and other friendly pilots a lecture about how to bookmark exit points for different stations. You don't need to dock and undock from a station to bookmark exit points, and you can bookmark exit points even if there is a moon before the exit of the station. This all is possible. After have surveyed all stations around Auga, especially the 19 stations in Amamake, directly before the nose of the Heretics I think I have gained some mastery in this.

OOC: The EvE Personality Test

I am surprised by the tool, it is astonishingly accurate:

Industrialist with teeth
Industrialist with teeth
Take The EvE Personality Test today!
Created with Rum and Monkey's Personality Test Generator.

You enjoy Eve's economic model and you find that the greatest challenge of the game lies in mastering the market. System security status is a matter of profit/no profit for you, and you always factor in the possibility/probability of PvP in your estimates. To you, Eve isn't a PvP or a PvE game. It's a simulation of capitalizm in its purest form, and a place where the savvy wins the day.

Stage One Arrived

Since three days I am doing production in full capacity in Auga and am putting up sale orders accordingly. Survailance of the systems around Auga are finished. Apart of Amamake the rest were easy. Business in Auga is tough, didn't know this before I moved there. Especially the near high-sec system Abudban makes everything very difficult. I am having problem in getting high-end minerals. But also that problem will be solved sooner or later.

Road map

Now that the Support Unit is established I just worked out a road map for me for the future year:
- 113.02.15: Finish move, survey, start production and put on buy orders
- 113.02.28: Stabilize financial in- and output
- 113.06.31: Setup High-sec POS for research
- 113.12.31: Consider re-join GRD or EM

Matari Tribal Militia Support Unit

I left Gradient to set up a new unit (the Matari Tribal Militia Support Unit) with the head quarter in Auga to better provide industrial, logistic and intelligence support to our militia.

((Back ground story is here))
